Partner Freight LLC was established in 2003 and is headquartered in Dubai. We operate globally with a significant presence in African regions.

Customer Obligations

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information for customs documentation and other necessary processes. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs for which the customer will be liable.

Service Charges

Service charges are determined based on the specific requirements of each shipment and will be communicated to the customer prior to service commencement. All charges are subject to change based on market conditions and other factors.

Payment Terms

Payments for services rendered must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges and could result in suspension of services until full payment is received.

Liability

Partner Freight LLC will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or customs delays.

Insurance

Customers are advised to arrange adequate insurance coverage for their shipments. Partner Freight LLC does not provide insurance but can facilitate the arrangement of insurance upon request.

Customs and Regulatory Compliance

Customers must ensure that their shipments comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations. Partner Freight LLC is not responsible for any fines, penalties, or delays resulting from non-compliance.

Claims

Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

Confidentiality

Partner Freight LLC will maintain the confidentiality of all customer information and will not disclose any details to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the customer will be liable for any outstanding charges for services already rendered.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

Amendments

Partner Freight LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
